Petty cash handling
Annual maintenance contract renewals, trade license renewals etc,
Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls.
Schedule appointments and update event calendars.
Arrange staff meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Prepare memos, invoices, or other reports.
Maintain databases and filing systems, whether electronic or paper.
Making travel arrangements
Salary: QAR 3,000.00 + transportation
Minimum of 2 years experience in Admin/Secretary
Valid RP and transferable
Can join immediately
